Jessica Yepifantsev, originally born in Des Moines, Iowa, resides in Cookeville, TN with her husband Konstantin and children Louie, Caroline, Julian, and Rosyln. She graduated TTU in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in World Cultures and Business and studied abroad in Aachen, Germany for a year at Fachhochschule in International Business. After graduating from TTU she moved to Nashville for work where she met her husband Konstantin. In 2013, she came back to Cookeville and began working at Home Caregivers Inc. and at the beginning of 2015 took over ownership with her husband. She feels lucky to have stepped into such an amazing work environment where the clients, caregivers and office staff have formed a family atmosphere. When she is not at work she is enjoying the challenges of raising a one and three-year old, spending time with her 2 puppies, weekend trips and surrounding herself with fabulous friends.
Konstantin Yepifantsev, grew up in Atlanta and has resided in Cookeville, TN since 2013 with his wife Jessica and children Louie, Caroline, Julian, and Roslyn. He studied Business Administration at the University of Alabama. Konstantin began working for Home Caregivers Inc. in 2013 and assumed ownership with his wife in 2015 from former owner James Easley. Konstantin strives to make Home Caregivers a company that makes a positive impact in the state of Tennessee and improves the lives of their clients and employees. General Manager-Michelle Pittman, a native of Fentress County, where she currently resides with her husband and daughter. She received her degree in paralegal studies in 2005. She has over 14 years working as a Program Coordinator with the I/DD population. She started with Home Caregivers in March 2017 as HR Director and assumed the role of General Manager in September of 2019. Her goal for Home Caregivers is to continue to provide the highest quality of services for each individual served while providing a positive work environment for our employees. She feels very fortunate to work with such a strong management team. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors and reading a good book.
Danita Cottle is a Fentress co native and currently resides in the Clarkrange area with her husband and 4 of their eight children. She has worked with ID and DD population for 20 years focusing primarily on case management. She enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her kids and grandkids, and when she gets a quiet moment, you will catch her watching law and order or lifetime/hallmark (especially at Christmas time ) while drinking some coffee.
Keisha Harvey is a Fentress county native and current resident of the Clarkrange area with her husband John and their three children Colton, Ethan, and Alona. She has over 6 years’ experience working with the ID and DD population. In her spare time you’ll find her enjoying the outdoors with her family, cheering mat side at her children’s Jiu-Jitsu tournaments, or drinking coffee and reading a good book.
Erica is a native of Fentress County, where she currently resides with her daughter
Rylee. Erica has worked in customer service for over 15 years and served in various
facets during that time. She attended Roane State, where she studied business. Erica
enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her spare time and is an active
member of her church. Erica is a “people person” and considers herself blessed to
work with such a great team of people.
Kali Smithson, originally from McMinnville, now resides in Cookeville, TN, with her husband Kevin and
two children Haven and Hyatt. She graduated from TTU in early 2016 with a master’s degree in
accounting. After graduating, she stayed home to raise her children until going to work in late 2018 in
insurance. In 2020, she began working at Home Caregivers Inc. She feels blessed to be in an accounting
career with a warm, thriving company. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her
family and friends, traveling, eating cheesecake, and watching Hallmark Movies.
Dalton Pittman, a Jamestown native, currently resides in Grimsley, TN with his wife Bridgett. He received his degree in Criminal Justice with a focus in Sociology in 2017. Dalton has experience with the IDD population and enjoys helping those individuals succeed in their daily goals. He hopes to assist Home Caregivers accomplish and exceed all goals while creating a positive working environment for everyone. In his spare time, Dalton enjoys traveling to new places, going to the gym, and spending time with friends and family.
Tracy Shelton was born in Tn. She has been in the Healthcare field since 1989. Attended college in Columbia South Carolina. She has two boys and one grandchild. Tracy enjoys working with people. In her spare time she enjoys creating woodcrafts, painting and spending time with friends and family.
Kisa was born and raised in Cookeville, Tn but moved to Rome, Ga in 1995 where she graduated from Pepperell High School in 1997. Kisa and her husband recently purchased a home and now live in Rickman, Tn with 2 children at home, ages 13 and 2yrs old, then her oldest son is 22yrs old, married and has 2 children of his own. Kisa began working in the medical field as a CNA in 1997 realizing she wanted to make this her lifelong career she went to nursing school in 2008 and graduated with honors from The Tennessee Technology Center at Crossville with a degree in Practical Nursing and a certificate in IV Therapy. She was Class Treasurer of her nursing class, as well as, a student body government representative. Kisa has worked in many aspects of nursing from Psych nursing where she started as a charge nurse to Geriatric Nursing where she was a house supervisor to now working as the Medical Coordinator and Case Manager at Home Caregivers. Kisa started with Home Caregivers in 2016 and hopes to continue growing with the company as it expands. In her free time she enjoys spending the weekends with family and playing outdoor sports such as softball, cornhole, and swimming. Kisa is an active member at Life Church and enjoys every aspect of her blessed life.
Ellen Willard raised in a military family, was born in El Paso, TX, the firth of six children. She lived in Germany as a young child. Family moved back to the States in 1962. They moved all over the South throughout her school years. In 1976 moved to Nashville and worked as a Veterinary Technician in Brentwood, TN and for Harris Publishing Company in Nashville, before marring in 1985. Move to Watertown, TN where she raised her three children Sarah, George, and Marjorie.
In 1995 she started taking care of children in her home as well as homeschooling her children. In 2005 she went Vol State for Early Childhood Education while teaching at First United Methodist Church in Lebanon, TN. In 2011 moved to Smithville, TN to work at Lighthouse Christian Camp as the chef for the children who came to the camp throughout the year. After her mother’s health started declining and not being able to care for her due to living so far away, she had a desire to work with people like her mother. Playing games, working puzzles, helping make their lives better. In 2016 when she heard about Home Caregivers she moved to Cookeville TN to work as a caregiver in the CLS program. After a year with the company she became a house manager and has working as a Case Manager.
Ellen enjoys going to movies and eating out and shopping with her friends, playing card and board games, putting puzzles together, creating gift cards and reading. What relaxes her most is cooking and singing along with the radio.

Erica Clark, a native to Monterey living with her teenage twins Hannah and Samuel, came to Home Caregivers in October 2019 as Activity Coordinator. Erica comes to our company with previous experience in home health and has worked in several medical facilities as well as experience with health plans and insurance while working with Farm Bureau Insurance. Erica has a big heart and loves helping others. When not working, Erica enjoys fishing, boating and loves the beach and spends as much time with her twins and family as she can. She is very active in her church and loves to sing and play piano with her daughter.
Stephen Gooding, a Jamestown native, resides in Grimsley, TN with his wife Danyelle and three girls Gracie, Addison, and Ellee. Stephen began working for Home Caregivers Inc. in 2014 as the Home Modification Director. He grew up with construction as a staple in his life while working beside his father. They specialized in building wheelchair ramps, installing handicap accessible showers and all other modifications that help make homes more functional. In his free time Stephen enjoys spending time on Dale Hollow Lake and actively participating in the Christian faith.
Tiffany was born and raised in Cookeville, TN. She graduated from Cookeville High school in 2002 and also graduated from Nashville State Community College in 2010 for Medical Billing/Coding. She has a husband and two children. She started as a nail tech in 2003 until 2016 and wanted to change her career for the future. She had an opportunity with Home Caregivers as a Payroll coordinator and started with HCG in 2017 and hopes to continue to grow with the company. She adores the HCG family. She loves to travel & spend time with her family in her free time. She also fosters orphaned kittens and does a lot for the community.
Colleen Hruska, grew up in Cleveland Ohio and moved to Tennessee in 2005. Colleen has Bachelor of Arts from Malone University. Colleen has providing direct care for more than 9 years. She worked her way up for direct support staff, to a house manager and now to case manager. Colleen began working for Home Caregivers Inc. in 2018. Colleen strives to make Home Caregivers a positive impact in the in lives of their clients and employees. Whenever she is not at work she enjoys spending time with her animals , family, watching any sporting event.
Shirlene has been working for Homecaregivers since September 2015 and she is our Payroll Specialist and she is also responsible for invoices and accounts payable. Prior to working in the office she was a caregiver for HCBS and CLS. She holds an AA in Paralegal studies and an AA in graphic art. She was raised in the United Kingdom and attended university in the U.S.
Matthew Pritchard, born in Indianapolis, IN, has resided in Jamestown, TN, since 2002. He graduated from Alvin C York Institute in 2007. Matthew began working for Home Caregivers Inc. in August 2018. Matthew has worked in this field of work for over ten years and enjoys his job more and more every day. Matthew has two children Peyton and Maci. Whenever he is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family.
